yeah i got bored mesing wiht shadows again. im also been messing with eyes i can never get them looking right but i may be onto something ere. not sure. the inside eye i can do fine its the outside or eye lids i fail at.

If you drew a bee/butterfly on your nose, it'll look less werid.
Yeah, the position of the eyes is a bit off. Heres something that should help: If one of the eyes is at the left side of the socket, then the other eye should be at the left side of the socket. So both eyes should be at the left side of the socket when looking this way.
For your style, I would suggest moving the outside eye a few cms to the right, so there middle of the eye, the pupil, will be where the eyelashes start.

When an artist takes another artist's image and draws over it with what they think is correct anatomy or whatever. The original artist can then see their mistakes and how they can be fixed. Usually done with red, thus the term 'red-lines.'

Also, I changed the nose a bit - lions and most big cats have long wide noses.
I suggest looking up lots of pictures of people and cat faces and having at go at drawing them. Even if realism isn't a style that you want to pursue, practice makes perfect, and it will defiantly help your cartoon style :D
