The Lesser Wooly Boar is a species of wild big native to the islands of the northern part of the Elysium continent. While comparable in size to Earth's wild boar, this species is small by Elysian standards, though still rather fierce. What these pigs lack in size they more than make up for with tenacity and raw aggression. Their long tusks make for effective melee weapons and their thick fur, while mostly intended to protect against the cold, protects them against most attacks from the majority of predators that share their habitat.

Like virtually all suids, these are also omnivorous. While more partial toward plants and mushrooms, they will gladly eat meat, regardless of freshness. Some specimens have even been seen around the coastline feeding on clams, crabs, and other bounties brought on by the tides.
