actually, for clarity, Sonic.exe IS NOT Sonic- he's a shadow elemental of sorts taking the FORM of Sonic [similar to Mephiles] that's also kind of a fanatic over the blue hedgehog. Tails.exe and the others are human victims of the creepypasta's game disc that he's pulled into his own dimension and turned into lookalikes of Sonic's friends as his playthings,

The derpiness is accurate! He's canonically kind of a manchild when he's not 'on the hunt', and even then it's closer to a child burning ants with a magnifying glass, with a coat of edgy gore aesthetics thrown over it
