It's been a longtime I draw this character, Rumi The Psycho one of my villain characters, she is quite insane love to cut and make other suffer since she have a mastery of the infamous "Thousand Cuts of Death" she will purposely avoid cutting fatal areas to just make her victim suffer, she is also a escape artist never got caught by the police (but she caught by a military super human named Theo Flash), also she is a masochist that means she enjoys pain and she is very resilient for a woman, her scars are mostly self inflicted but some are from the many fights she get involve, she also have a "Death Grip" which allows her to hold on on her handle less knives even after taking hard hits on the hands, but she can still lose them at time.

Her weapons of choice are knives without handles to get close and personal, she is fast and agile capable to outsmart and out speed anyone she fights, her lack of empathy also makes her dangerous she is very infamous for attack random people in Modred's gang, also never flip her off... you will lose the middle finger.

Thankfully this was her in the past, she is a totally different person today, a good person, a good wife and a good mother she still have her temper but is rarely she get mad sometimes showing remnants of her old self.
