Meet Tugboat! He’s a pirate duck who lost his eye in a vicious fight with a lobster. He sails the seas in his little toy boat and loves to raid seaport towns, not for their money (well maybe for a little money), but just to leave people with as many inconveniences as possible, taking out lightpoles, letting out farm animals, relocating fishermens boats, and so forth
