Pizza is a favourite all over the world but sometimes its not easy to live off very little and still have variety and taste in your diet when you're a student so these pizza delights should fit the bill... from 'The Dorm Room Chef'

Hey guys! As a college student stuck in my little dorm room, I know how hard it is to get good food that is easy to make. Living off cup-o-noodles and Easy mac is no way to live so I'll be posting recipes as The Dorm Room Chef to show all you guys out there in those little tenement rooms how easy it is to make good food!
***NOTE*** Every college differs on what you can have in your dorm room as far as cooking items. Florida Atlantic University is pretty liberal on that. I have a mini-fridge and microwave (don't we all?) and a mini-toaster oven and even a small George Foreman grill.
Ingredients:
1 can of Pillsbury Grands biscuits (8 Biscuits in all)
Tomato sauce
shredded cheese
Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven or toaster oven to 350.
2. On a metal cookie sheet or toaster over tray, place a few biscuits.
3. Press the dough out into circles roughly 3-4 inches in diameter.
4. Pinch up the edges of the circles to form a little wall around the edge.
5. Spoon in some tomato sauce and spread it around on the top of the dough. (as much as you like really)
6. Sprinkle cheese on top (once again, as much or as little as you like)
7. Place in oven and bake for 15-17 minutes or until dough has risen slightly and has a golden brown color
8. ENJOY! ^^

If I may add, prolly mixing a touch of basil and / or garlic spices to the tomato sauce would amp it up a bit, although I know the reality of college and affording/keeping spices, but just a slight addition of either of those would make the tomato sauce come alive.
