Huh, so THIS is what hallucinogens are like.

Wish I had something smarter to say about this piece of work, I really do. But all I can manage is a a cheap joke and something along the lines of "This is beautiful in a primal sense, the way the colours and shapes blend into this cacophony of carefully placed... well, everything that results in a pleasantly pretty drawing that is mathematically great and results in dopamine in my rat demon mind."

Well, if I were fancy and shit, I would have said that since the reality itself is driven by the laws we found and named as physics, mathematics and other original to human culture concepts, it is interesting to try and conceptualise randomness, smth without that foundation or formula, smth truly separate from the very well composed and "programmed" reality we found ourselves in. If fundamental scientific laws are true as how we understand them from our limited, human point of view, true randomness is as fictional as superhero comics and, in theory, every single detail of our world can be predicted and explained using the patterns and formulas calculable from the information we already have or can find later. As an example of smth like that already existing - we can already estimate the nature of such extremely complicated things as black holes, nature of space/time itself, we can properly, to a tee calculate the position, size, weigh, travel speed, rotation, orbit, elemental composition and other details about stellar objects in our galaxy we have nothing but a photo of and a catalogue of formulas to calculate it all, find the real nature of it without ever needing to touch them.
A fractal, especially a more complicated and busy with detail one is the perfect representation of this idea for me. Something that is extremely complex and random-looking but actually is not just predictable once you have more info about its nature but is literally formulaic.
