And here be the initial list I made for the possible big Warhammer Match. After the Patrol battle;

Which you will likely notice is pretty similar to the end list I decided on with the Tooth army. But what can I saw I really like those cannons and jezzies. They worked out great when Ive used them before. Unfortunately for me I had still not grasped as to how the Power Dice would work on an army scale. So Rozoln, and the bell, only gave me six power dice to work with a turn. And against a High Elf magic army, with three or four wizards I dont fully remember, that was just not enough for me to have much of a chance to make much happen. The bell ringing itself had a few good rolls but the High Elf Army had no tanks or walls for the bell to break down and only failed their fear rolls a few times. And unfortunately for my clanrats I was unaware how some of the spells I rolled actually worked so friendly fired them from on top of the bell a few times. Proper Skaven! Adding onto that my cannons only managing to shoot once each before on the next turn they /both/ exploded I was really on the backfoot. And Pudding was able to flank and charge my Bell which made me route and broke the bell.
So on the whole it was a mess of a battle. As I expected really but I tried to learn what I could and over the next few days try to adjust and edit the list to try and give myself some more power dice! Which lead to this;

This is a list I never got to use but the basic idea was to throw every spell I could as early as I could before throwing in the Plague monks, with Tolka leading them, into the weakest unit I could to just mulch them as the Clanrats kept the other units busy as my Engineers moved about zapping everything they could. But experienced Skaven players told me it was super risky to have a plan like this as I could die really fast. So in the end I decided to make the Mange army instead. Didn't get to use that or this last one but hey if I ever get the chance I'll have them all made ready for it :)
