Clown-Like Actions, Brings Up To The Hero-side,
After 3 Years Of A Circus Preformance, He Was Given
An Opratonity To Serve Will To Protect,
As Well As Selling Balloons At The Nearest Of London's Streets.
Sometimes He Walks on Stilts to Reach Up High Places,
And Can Float to Places None Could Get Up-to.
So Basically, When He Uses Balloons, He's A Fly-Type Character.
