Kate is currently with her pups, and one night, she and Humphrey witness a shooting star in the sky. Kate makes an off handed joke about how she wished Humphrey could understand how she felt as a soon to be mother. However, the next morning, Humphrey wakes up in the same, fat along state as Kate. After consulting Lilly, a strange foreign wolf arrives in the pack named Nora, who takes interest in Humphrey, and promises to help him figure out how and why he is pregnant.
