Don't be afraid to draw your hands much, MUCH bigger. I've looked through a bunch of your art and that seems to be the only thing that keeps your art from being PERFECT for your style. Remember, one hand can cover half of your FACE. So, compare hands to HEADS, when you draw next, I bet it'll turn out great.
