Personal pepperoni tortilla pizza with PB pockets
A simple and deliciously cheesy meal for one with a side of ooey-gooey dessert that’s as easy to make as it is fun to eat!
Here’s how I made mine:
Pizza:
1-Between 2 tortillas layer sliced velveeta and shredded cheese
2-on top of your tortillas lay on tomato ketchup/sauce, cheese and pepperoni
3-place into a hot pan with a clear/fitting lid and cook until crust is crunchy-brown, cheese is melted and pepperoni is crispy (careful not to burn!)
4-plate, slice and serve!
PB pockets:
1-on a tortilla spread out peanut butter on one side and nutela on the other, then place a cooked+sliced eggo waffle on one side then close
2-on a hot griddle toast both sides until slightly golden brown (watch for melted pb!)
3-slice, plate and serve!
