I decided to.. do a project..

I wanted to sit down and really plan a picture, work it up in stages and make sure I didnt leave the sketching without a genuine idea and well.. here we go. This is 1 of 6 sketches I attempted for a scenery I drew up a little earlier and I am so happy with it that I chose this one to use with the BG. I know the legs are too short (fixed in photoshop in the project file). Weird thing is I spent less then a hour sketching up all 6 characters and the BG... and I am painting it (digitaly).

The theme: A character of some tribe heritage, standing on a rock in the water, stalking fish to catch for food, then a rogue wind comes and whirls by and he cant help, but to stand up and enjoy that breeze of nature.

Thanks to Fulcrum for helping me trough the planning for this ^^ Lets hope I keep up motivation long enough to finish it.
