It had been storming all day in the Mushroom Kingdom, and the brothers had nothing else better to do than watch movies or play video games. As Luigi left the bedroom to get more snacks, Mario got up from his bed and looked at his distended belly. A loud clash of thunder broke, causing Mario to jump a little in surprise. He eventually calmed down a bit.

“It’s okay, little ones,” Mario said as he patted his belly. “Papa Mario will take-a care of you. I can’t wait to hold you in-a my arms.”


another short but sweet story to go along with this piece, and possibly part of a fanfic i may or may not write one day. the way Mario got preg was from protecting Peach from kamek’s magic, which made Mario get hurt. Mario blacks out and wakes up in his house but is at first oblivious to the fact that he’s pregnant.

im aware that the background i used was earlier in the movie but i didn’t really feel like drawing a background this time so
let’s just say that my version of the mario universe is a mix between the games and the movie, but mostly the games.
i wonder how the buttons on his overalls haven’t popped yet..
