I'm just joshing you. It's a joke about how people playing space marines nearly always go for Ultramarines or Space Wolves.
As for armies, it's true that Space marines in general are one of the best places to start, although Imperial Guard are neat too if you like tanks and 'I'll stop your rhino by clogging its treads with our corpses' tactics.
