Disable finally has a teammate!
Her name is Chai, a female Minccino, and an outlaw.
She lost to Disable in a fight, but appealed to his ego to avoid getting arrested. She sweet-talked him into recruiting her instead.
Her loyalty to him is completely fake, of course. She's simply biding her time, waiting for the right moment to drop the act and stab Disable in the back. Even now, she's continuing her criminal activities behind his back.
As you can see, she has a shackle around her neck. It's from back when she broke out of prison. She can't get it off, but she's started polishing it with her tail, treating it like it's an accessory.

Just want to say I really love her design and how much there is to it
Her shackle, her injuries, and her expressions all show that she’s a tough girl who’s been in all sorts of situations but has always managed to come out on top or at least get out of trouble
And this of course is a wonderful contrast to her species being an adorable fluffball. It’s brilliant work!
