I don't really have much to say on this guy as he's not a very developed OC. When I was younger I made like 50 characters that were all supposed to be villains, and they were these kind of campy dudes, just real silly comic book type of stuff. This guy here was part of it! I love his revamped design and I can't wait to tackle more characters from that time of art lol!
