Pastel Rainbow - Rigg
Ace is dumbstruck in a pastel infatuation.
Pride Month's here, and packin' up some gouache.
Went to the city with family a week ago; packed my bulky gouache set there, yet didn't use it, but thankfully it didn't spill. Also bought home a nice set of colored pencils (Colleen), and hoo boy, unexpected is an understatement for these colored pencils; cheap yet smooth and pigmented like Prismacolor. I say I like it, and they're a great complement for my other colored pencil sets.
Ace and Rigg are mine.

Such a cute handsome orc. Well done in layering the colors. That's something a digital technique have trouble achieving. I do have a feeling of wanting to date this orc. :D My style is colored pencil, and I also envy folks that tried gouache style, which I understand is an opaque version of watercolor. Layering them is hard to do unlike watercolor or acrylic (even though they're are technically acrylic, paintwise for gouache). It came out beautiful with so much personality I want to hug this orc because of those colors giving me impression of bold, energy, and masculine orc energy, if that's a way to describe it. It comes across as hey I wanna boink. :D love it.
