Almost nothing can get past this wide and heavyweight Phox! Soul has been keeping up his personal training - and appetite - to be the forest's guardian after some events a couple years ago. Even though he is massive, none should underestimate his ability to take more hits than a normal Delphox and dish it back in return. He has some magical capabilities he'll use for tactical use, so be cautious if you decide to challenge him to a fight. And don't forget to bring any snacks if he beats you. He will want a meal after a good fight.
