A "prequel" to this picture, depicting a two-man medieval fantasy team in a tavern. They say some years back, the reptilian man emerged from the wilderness, and the only one to approach him as an equal is the same man he adventures with today. He's long since been acquainted with the staples of human life, perhaps adjusting a little too well to the local cuisine.
I envision this duo having a Han Solo/Chewbacca type of dynamic, where you got a nice blend of cunning and muscle.

On the technical side of things, I wasn't too happy with the details of this one. I need to work on agreeing on a single light source and direction, better conveying metal, implying scale textures, understanding the shape and form of muscles, and drawing/conceptualizing animal head shapes from different angles and perspective. I blame work taking me out of my mojo! :^)
