One thing I'll repeat here again; always stay true to who you are, it really does make a huge difference (who would have thought!). Screw what society says is the norm. Gay people, poly people, dammit you deserve to live your life the way you want it, no matter what others think!
Me and tomoefuchs are both hard demisexuals, and despite what many say (clinginess bad blablabla), we couldn't be happier living our hermit lives together. If we could, we would literally stay huddled together in our home forever without ever bothering to see another face. What sounds like hell to some, sounds like heaven to us. He's literally perfect to me in every single way, and man, how amazing that feels after spending almost 6 years in a meh relationship with someone who didn't give a F about me and was too busy looking around for better options lol. The lesson from that is simple - don't waste your time trying to fit into the formula you don't fit into and people you don't match with for the sake of "normal"!
