Yes, in her true form Kayla/Scáthach had long (orange) hairs, freckles, muscular body and dressed like a ScotsMAN.

She's holding her bagpipe (I am very fond myself of bagpipe music) and her legendary spear, Gáe Bulg (it means "spear of mortal pain/death spear"), made with the bones of a sea monster called Coinchenn.
