Occasionally, Farley gets inventor’s block and has trouble thinking of new things to make. At times like this, he visits worlds with advanced tech to get inspiration and ideas. However, this trip would give him more than inspiration when he came across some people in an alley. While modifying yourself with tech in this world was legal, there was still a divide between those who agreed and disagreed with the practice. That was the cause of the incident, a protogen woman being harassed by a group of people who didn’t agree with the act of using cybernetic implants. Of course, the woman could have scared them away, but that would only fuel their hate, leaving her trapped. That is, until Farley stepped up and chased them away. The woman was very thankful to Farley for the help, introducing herself as Tana. Farley meanwhile was impressed by her tech, her explaining that she had gotten in an accident and needed to get some of her body replaced. Thankfully with the level their technology was at, it was a simple procedure, and she didn’t lose much compared to her body compared to her old body. In fact, she even was able to modify her cybernetics, now giving her some fire abilities. Farley was certainly fascinated by the tech that could make all of this and wanted to study it. Making an offhand comment about it, Tana offered to let him study her in order to repay him for saving her, and he agreed.
