Why is her tail so short and where's the star? Sorry, they snapped it off when they banished her from the Luxray tribe. It is a deliberate injury used as a permanent reminder that she can never go home again.

She did used to have a name, but since nobody calls her by it anymore it's not important. It's been so long that even she's forgotten it.

And yes, there'll be hell to pay when she runs into the one she deems responsible. "Bastard" may not be a word you'll find in my normal vocabulary, but believe me, it's precisely the correct term for her to use.
