It took hours to get Cathy's fur dyed green for her cosplay on the third day of the con. On the good side, she looks great in emerald fur and dark leather.
My own costume was a lot easier, just pants and leather jacket in the right shade and style, with a prop gun. The hardest part was getting it on around my wings, but I've long since grown used to that. I've dealth with it all my life.
As we were heading out a thought occurred to me, and I asked her, “You did remember to get temporary fur dye, right?”
“I'm … not sure?”
Well. The rest of the week may be very, very interesting...
There's actually meant to be a picture between this one and the current previous one; when
cathyoak and I were thinking up ideas for this series, this was actually meant to be day 3. We may eventually get it done, and if we do I'll insert it into the nav links at the top of the desc, even though the pics will be out of order in the gallery. But for now, just assume we did a costume of some sort on day 2. Heck, feel free to make suggestions!
