Commission work for 
DUNTOV475 of his character Sierra fighting MMA style vs one of my characters Razor.
Sierra has been commissioned many, many times and you will likely recognize the boxing tigress. She is an exceptional martial artist and has a good chance of winning this.
Razor eventually becomes a villain in the Zodiac comic so this happens prior to that. She competed in boxing, wrestlling, MMA, anything that gave her a chance to show off her natural strength and toughness. She is not nearly as skilled as Sierra but she has lot of natural ability.
It may look like Razor has the advantage at first glance in this pic but if you know any wrestling or followed MMA or UFC you know that Sierra has an excellent chance of not only avoiding getting hurt but turning this around. Razor is a brawler and Sierra will very likely out-finesse her to win the match.

There's a couple of options. As long as Sierra keeps Razor from sitting on her midsection, she can use her thighs to throw Razor off balance in the middle of a punch. If Razor throws a wild punch and Sierra rotates her to the side, she can end up on top of Razor and sitting on her stomach which is a much more difficult position to escape from.
As expected, it's awesome! I can see Razor knows Sierra is a great striker, so she's taking Sierra off her feet hoping her ground game isn't as strong. But Sierra's been doing various forms and combinations of martial arts all her life, just because she prefers to stand and trade blows doesn't mean that she isn't good on the ground.
I'd say it went from a standing punch and kick fest just before this moment. She was probably trying to keep Razor on guard and wear her down with shin strikes. She probaby tried to kick with her left leg and Razor was able to grab that leg and take Sierra down. You're right, too, Sierra can latch on with a couple different moves. If she manages to lock on an arm bar and doesn't take Razor down in the process I bet Razor would try heaving Sierra up off the mat and slamming her back down on her back and head.
Sierra would take on Razor any time, anywhere, any style. Boxing, kick-boxing, wrestling, MMA, PS3 or X box... even street fighting! But she wouldn't do well when Razor gets that armor, I don't think I have any characters that would really be effective that way. Good thing Razor didn't see Sierra in that bar with Chops. Sierra wouldn't be equipped for any kind of action.
