Pandora is the local legendary pokemon girl in FPB. She loves being out on the beach at all times. She in fact is somewhat of the early warning system for letting the lifeguards know if someone is drowning or if there is something about to happen with the weather. Her psychic senses allows her to tell when catastrophic events are about to happen. She has been able to predict when tsunamis are approaching from hundreds of miles away including typhoons. Within the last 10 years, she has accurately predicted every major typhoon/tsunami that would have devastated Forest Pine Bay. Her constant vigilance is the reason why FPB has been rated at the number one costal community to live in for humans and furries.
