So I did some Q&A's on twitter during my break (Break is still ongoing for a lil longer)
And this is one of the answers I wanted to share here (:
Ya should know by now- my pokesona has a lot of forms.
Uxie, Marshadow, Hoopa... Lati's, etc
But HOW did he end up with them?
This is honestly what I've had in mind for ages. How he died? A mystery.
Will he ever get his Uxie body back?! Yeah ofc it just took a really long time lmao.
Or do you accept the possibility of none of it making logical sense and someone... or something is just making as many forms of haru/ harrietts as possible?!

I think how he died would tie into how he became a Marshadow. Otherwise he probably would have become something lowly like a Gastly or Yamask, assuming legendaries don't get special afterlife treatment.
