So I've had this idea in my head. I thought it would be cool to re-animate Blur's - Song 2 clip in SFM.
This is one of the longest anims I've ever worked on ; )
It's not a full clip, just the intro.
The inspiration for the start segment was the "Song 2 -Take 2" video, that Blur uploaded on their YouTube channel.
In the video you could clearly see that it was shot on 35 mm film, with four sprockets on the right. And I adore film!
Ngl, was too lazy to animate the bassist so he doesn't appear in this video, sorry!
Right before I started the project, Petruz(awesome guy) released his Dragon model to public, and I decided to present him as the vocalist here. Lead Guitar and Drums are also being played by his characters. A lizard and a wolf respectively.
The project took me 2.5 days to make with couple of hours spent in Vegas Pro. Was a very fun project to do though, but for now I'm going to have a rest, since I worked almost non-stop.
