I've never watched any of the Barbie films as a kid (maybe a few trailers). I'm aware that some of them have cult followings, example the Fairytopia series. I took a watch on the most popular Barbie movie amongst fans which is Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper. For a direct to video movie, I thought it was actually a really cute film. I loved the songs, "Free" and "I am a Girl like You" are my favorites. I might look at some of the other Barbie films out there at some point.
I just thought it'd be cute for my OC's Chikio and Mikinae taking the roles of Princess Anneliese and Erika coming together.
