This is a top view of the shelf fungi in "fairy fungi". I am amazed sometimes how many great shots you can get of the same subject if you just change your point of view. Shot in the redwood rain forests of northern California (the good part of CA)

Thanks, fox! At first I thought the shot from below would be "the shot" but when I started working on this one, I realized that there was a lot more to it than I first thought.
