The idea of being pouched by a motherly figure is likely interesting to many because it's a higher level to the ABDL/Caregiver relationship. My Yvhuce Industries cast includes a macro roo who's almost as much an ABDL herself as she is a "Mommy" to the others Sometimes even those who don't want a Mommy at the moment, but never to the non-ABDL characters, because of not wanting to have to fight with someone for the sake of a little one-sided fun. I'm not sure if there is character preference with these pics, so much as just reaction to the fact that she's the one doing the pouching in the picture. So, it's more likely just people being lazy ABDLs and singling out a readily available "target" for their fantasies, rather than go though the process of finding another character as a "replacement target".
