With all the furry, feathery and scaly anthros we all have as sonas or ocs, after watching so many animal YT videos, it got me thinking: As animals in real life shed their fur, horns, feathers, scales, etc at certain times of the year, how do anthro beings handle things like shedding seasons? For those in the hometown of a certain Flamanine, one grooming salon is there to offer the Pokemon citizens of Meden a place to get rid of winter or fall coats and have a place to relax while doing it.
Seriously though, I am surprised that not many furries would think about things about their sonas like what would happen to their fur coats during shedding seasons like real animals. Such thoughts can add so much more depth to a sona's story and personality.
This story also gave me a chance to give bio and backstories for both the Tyrantrum I drew: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/51666311/ and the huge Sandslash I adopted from a friend: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/50997134/ so I hope you enjoy this slice of life for two resident of Sage's Pokemon homeworld
Luther, Gus and Sage belong to me
