So what are we looking at exactly? Well, it's an AU where Legoshi and Juno get together rather than Legoshi and Haru. That's of course a very simplistic explanation. It's far deeper than that, but you'll just have to read the fic to get all the juicy details.
In the set we see a happily married Legoshi and Juno taking a group portrait with their three children.
Neru, (far left) is their first born and oldest daughter. She's a Daddy's girl, and so has the closest relationship with ol' Lego boy. She also inherited one of his flat pupiled eyes, although that only manifested in her teenage years. She's in the Drama club.
On the far right we have Leon, the first born son and second child. He's a goof and awkward, much like his father, which makes communication between the two a struggle. Hence why he's closer to Juno than his father, as Juno was already well versed in communicating with awkward wolves. Leon is in the gardening club, and like Haru was, is basically the sole member. He's also dating a female deer.
Last we have the youngest, Julia. At the point she's a preteen, and a bit of a rebel...as if that wasn't made clear by her style of dress and the dyed green streak in her headfur and tail.
Ol' Lego boy is the Sublime Beastar, partnered with Louis just as Gosha and Yahya were back in the old days. Although Louis and Legoshi are still friends and get along, and haven't adopted any...crazy, murderer traits.
Juno meanwhile, has become a school teacher, and is experiencing the true bliss of being married to the wolf she still madly loves, but having raised three wonderful kids. She's the mother she always wanted to be.

Yeah, if by the author had something else in mind, you mean she had nothing in mind as she had Juno just walk off the bus or train or whatever and be denied an epilogue. Kyuu also didn't get an epilogue either, but Juno was a supporting character. Now , I'm a big JunoXLouis shipper, but what Paru did to Juno, and by extension Louis was pretty unforgivable. Juno disappears, and Louis completely throws out all of his character development. It is one of the many truly baffling decisions that soured me on the series. But, I better stop myself before I go into a rant.
