I imagine one of the Eevee bros suggested taking Thier shoes off on day during a brotherly get together on a holiday (while maybe they were all/mostly drunk) as a joke but they all found out they really liked both themselves and thier brothers bare feet and decided together that none of them would ever wear footwear again
Fully clothed yet still barefoot which makes his feet more noticeable. I won’t deny I love it but I still prefer seeing them only in shorts or in any undergarment/swim garment accessory.
I’m also personally in favor of him and the other eevee bros being barefoot 24/7.

That’s a good question. My guess is his height and size will appear the same as the others but
