I think that he's mad that the first person that he trusted (someone who also believed in saving the werewolves rather than kill them) lied to him about her condition. Endy was open with her about his desire for help, so he feels used and betrayed. Knowing that she was a werewolf makes him feel that she used him to find a cure for her condition.
