How do you think endermen see the world? I like to believe they exist in sort of a dimensional superposition, so when they teleport, they're really just stepping through the fourth dimension, so their movement seems instantaneous to a third-dimensional observer.

Same goes for moving blocks. An object exists in the fourth dimension as well, but as a three dimensional object, it has no weight, so it can be moved effortlessly.
