Based off RPG with me and Earthy. ^^ Myron, farmer boy turned soldier, didn't quite think this out. The recruitment spiel was that his family gets free food rations since he joined up, supposedly. Which helps a lot since the kingdom is going through a famine due to orcs shutting them away from the harbor and fertile land near the ocean.
