It seems Miyu has grown used to the treatment. Even if she's not actually a child, she kinda enjoys the comfort of being padded... she's never using the diaper, though. Mamono don't need to use the restroom, being spirits.
The milk is mixed with a bit of sugar to help her enjoy it. A blessing from Hathor, to make her "bones" stronger.
Perhaps this is part of the initiation and ascension ritual?
Fun fact, her feet constantly change as a byproduct of her magic, because she's not one to focus on her feet
