Atmospheric Manipulation: By means of nanotechnology and super-science he is able to manipulate and alter the conditions of the weather and atmosphere itself, restoring and maintaining it no matter how bad it might be damaged. Through this he can perform one part of a terraforming operation on his own, with time he could even make Venus livable.
Hydrokinesis: Through the same technology that lets him manipulate the atmosphere, he can generate and manipulate hydrogen and oxygen molecules to create water in large quantities and shape it as he sees fit in any of it's states. He is quite adept at using this to defend himself and others.
Super-Science Android: The only truly essential part of Aurora is his CPU. Everything else, while highly durable and flexible, is of no major consequence to his wellbeing if destroyed. He has the strength and dexterity needed to juggle fully loaded delivery vans, the speed to circumnavigate the globe in 12 hours or less (though he will need to recharge soon after), and can tank anything less than a nuclear weapon in destructive power, though mystical weapons effect him as normal. Furthermore, he is specially meant to be able to operate in arctic environments and underwater to a certain depth for assisting in rescue operations.
Search & Rescue Specialist: Aurora contains a highly sophisticated sensor suite in his body that allows him to know when someone is in distress and quickly react, as well as the training needed to get people out safely and provide first aid care. High altitude situations such as hills and mountains are where he works best in this regard.
Disciple of a True Hero: Prior to being devoted primarily to restoring and maintaining the Earth's atmosphere, Aurora served as a superhero and trained under the legendary champion of justice Blue Sky himself. His is programmed with crisis resolution and de-escalation skills, as well as trained in the Southern Praying Mantis style of Kung Fu.
Backstory: Built as part of a series of androids by an eccentric Super Scientist whose purposes all relate to environmental restoration and terraforming, Aurora was one of the first and one of the most worked on and upgraded as a result. He is also the most well known and beloved to the general public, having served as a superhero for a few years before beginning his primary mission around the world. Aurora is in truth quite thankful to be alone on the Boreas, the airship that serves as his mobile base of operations, save for the drones that keep it and him functional.
Blessed with the full ability to feel emotions, he was never quite fond of public adoration and PR meetings, and is quite content exploring the polar regions of Earth and working on fixing the atmosphere. That isn't to say he doesn't keep in contact with people, as via a Quantum Entanglement device built into his core he can always speak securely in real-time with his support team. He often finds himself clashing in one way or another with, to his confusion, a Nightmare aligned with the Winter Court of the Unseelie Fey. Their clashes usually over how best to handle the environmental impact of civilization, but other times his foe has a far more personal interest in him.
Notably, Aurora was built fully able to share certain intense physical experiences, though at the same time he cannot truly "feel" it. Smell, touch, and taste elude him, while he is able to savor the beauty of the world around him for how it looks and sounds. The stark expanses of the polar regions and the sound of classical music (and 80's pop hits, not that he'd ever tell) being his favorite things.
