She's a Burnout Pedigree Vaporeon! Made to resemble a Dark/Fire Type while actually still maintaining her Water Typing.
She is owned by Magpiehyena.
The Dark/Fire Themed Pedigree. Burnout Pokemon focus on black, grey, red, and orange colors, orange being on the severely minor side only as accenting or ember effects. Constantly breathing ash and smoke, these Pokemon are in a permanent state of exhaustion both mentally and physically. Like a dying flame after a raging fire, the very light in these Pokemon's eyes seem to flicker in and out of existence with every breath. They are hot to the touch and emit the sound of crackling coals and wooden logs when they run, burning the earth beneath their heels as they drag themselves to the next objective in life.
