A request made on DA by 
pixelhead777 of Amy having been shrunken down & put in Rouge's cleavage. I kinda cheated a bit on this one & used a sprite of Amy, but that's only because of the fact that I tried to make Amy myself, only to realize I couldn't draw her that small to save my life.
To make up for this fact; I've decided to add a little story to go along with it; free of charge!.....mind you that I didn't charge anything for this in the first place.
Tails has finished a brand new invention; the shrink ray! With it, you could shrink anything down to any size you wanted for whatever reason you could think of. When Amy hears of this, however, she comes up with a seemingly fool-proof plan of capturing Sonic & making him hers forever.
While Tails was away, Amy swiped the Shrink Ray from his workshop. Her plan was to shrink Sonic down to the size of a plushie, and keep him as her little "pet". Amy manages to track Sonic down in the Station Square park, who is taking a nap on the park bench.
Just as Amy pulls the trigger, however, Sonic suddenly jumps up & runs off quickly! The beam just barely misses Sonic and ends up reflecting off of the hub cap of a nearby car! The beam heads back-to-sender & hits Amy; shrinking her down to the size of one of those 3 inch minifigures!
A few good hours pass after as Amy is finally able to make it out of the park; climbing up on a discarded coffee cup in hopes of getting the attention of a passer-by to get some help. Her voice, however, had shrunk along with her and she was drowned out in the everyday sounds of the city!
Help did come, however, in the form of Rouge the Bat; who's sensitive sonar-like hearing picked up Amy's cries for help! Investigating, she finds the tiny hedgehog flailing her arms crazily in hopes of flagging someone down.
Rouge agrees to help Amy, but not for free. In return; Rouge made Amy promise her to help her...."acquire" a Chaos Emerald later on. Reluctant, but realizing she had no other choice, Amy agrees as Rouge swoops her up and, nonchalantly, stuffs the hedgehog girl into her cleavage before hunting down the Shrink Ray & flying off.
...Let's just hope for Amy's sake there's no turbulence on this flight...

It's the principle of the thing, I guess. She's a jewel thief, the Chaos Emeralds are rare jewels; it's almost as if she's required to hunt them down despite the fact.
Either that or the G.U.N. Military gives her the orders to collect them. Jewels of ultimate, unlimited power would make for a good equalizer in ANY war, wouldn't you agree?
