Abilities: Hydrokinesis, Ninjutsu (Martial Arts & mystical techniques), Onmyodo, Tantric Sorcery, working knowledge of psychology and physiology. Expert crafter of toxins and their antidotes. Signature technique is the use of Ki to "puppet" people via strings of Ki to hijack the bodies of his victims and control them for prolonged periods.

Weaknesses: As with any Dark-Type, he is weak to Fighting-type techniques and has no specific counter-move to them, save to not be hit.

Profile: A powerful, feared shinobi and member of a family of villainy stretching back centuries. He has no specific place of operations, using the great wealth of his family and the Trench Club (a band of Water and aquatic-dwelling Pokémon with great wealth and powerful ties to the underworld) to travel as he wishes. He hunts down whatever Pokéhero he wishes, toying with them and making them his puppets to keep and collect until he lets them go with a memory-wipe. He is dear friends with the infamous Doctor Vortex, inasmuch as one can be with the Intellion, and greatly enjoys his company.
