One of those moments of "Accurate fact, wrong direction to take it."
One can be incompatible due to the lack of stability of one party. That is true. And that has to be addressed; sometimes, the person that is put together has to make the decision of when they need to fold it and walk away. Or, the person that is not put together needs to know when it's too much and take responsibility for what the person helping them is doing. Sometimes, a person helping doesn't know when to stop, either.
And sometimes, for the love of fuck, admitting a problem doesn't get you off the hook for it. If you are going to claim it is your fault, then you take responsibility and do something about it. Yes, it sucks, but the circle is only going to get more entrenched until you step out of it.

We have this problem as a society in many parts of the world where people correlate their value based on the things other people tell them are important. Relationships, jobs, financial success, etc.
Nothing's more important than learning to understand yourself. Figuring out what makes you happy, respecting yourself and others in order to grow as a person is what matters.
Too many good people with low self esteem because they allow others to convince them they're not "successful in the right ways". I wish they wouldn't allow that negativity into their hearts but everyone does it in some way. We just gotta get better at reminding ourselves what's really important.
