Living with humans for so long as an ambassador for the Charr, it seems like Sorez has lost some of that unique Charr fierceness known to her king at the Black Citadel. She doesn't mind it though, her manners are much more polite and humanlike, despite her Charr-ness still being a prominent feature of her natural actions. Her crystalline look, reminiscent of the Elder Dragon Aurene and her mother Glint, add to her refined and princess-like look.
Whatever the case, she has been doing a great job keeping good relations between humans and charr, and shall keep doing so for years to come!
