A rough for one of the upcoming characters in Red Lantern that I'm particularly fond of. I'll be posting his character sheet as soon as he actually appears in the comic, which should be in about two weeks time, but I'm fond of this little sketch, so I thought I'd post it. Luther's easily my favorite character to draw. . . possibly my favorite character, overall. Time shall tell if y'all like him, too.
Sword's just a placeholder, for now. It's getting its' own concept work, eventually. . . and an extended, more realistic basket design. Right now it's primarily fanciful. . . so no complaints from the sword crowd :P

Whether or not someone is a "good guy" or a "bad guy" is a very relative thing. For example, both criminals and the police see each other as the "bad guys" - sure the police have a stronger claim than the crooks, but it is still relative.
It will be interesting to see what this guy is like though.

Aaar! HE almost looks like one of my Scallywag Crew mates! Be he the Piratin' sort of fellow? If not would he like ta join me crew perhaps? He'd fit right in in them dashing Breeches, shit and sash.
