As you've probably seen, this is my lad Udon Seseame, dear friend of Tetami. This is his/their artwork I got from Adopts Empire and specifically done by Smokey Echo : https://www.furaffinity.net/gallery.....287/Smoky-echo
This little water creature, for now lives on my homebrew world of Umune. A worldworld composed of sandbars and great though calm seas. Very beautiful very tropical but without above water storms. There is wind, and there are currents that drive the planet. But over all it's a pretty peaceful place. It's most unique trait is that every species that lives there except one, has been collected from somewhere else in space and time. Willingly collected I might add. The world's one native race are Wisps which are shapeshifting lightforms driven by music, vibration and intense wanderlust. However after they've wandered far and wide they return to their home planet with whatever items of great or personal importance they have found. This can range anywhere from buildings, or keychains to people if people Want to be moved. They are an entirely peaceful race and really don't mean to harm anything. They mostly want to learn and bring that knowledge back to their planet along with any peices of the the stories they collect, that they can aquire.
I don't know where Udon came from, but for now, I think this oceanic world will do him and Tetami well. I think I'll set them up with a cute little noodleshop to run. : 3

Oh thank you! It makes me really happy you like my lore. Umune is one of my favorite places. It's just always so chill and you can build almost anything on it or put anyone there. The only catch is, they have to be able to adapt and accept life with limited likely scavenged resources (outside of food, there is a lot of food, there is also plenty of water that can be easily purified into fresh and you don't need a ton of shelter with how nice things are.), and they can't have intents that would bring harm to the planet or it's people.
Even if there are limited resources. It sounds like a colorful tropical paradise o.O I can see your OC swimming around with some colourful fishes and I mean as long as there is food and water and hopefully not to much mosquitoes what could you want more o.O It let's me dream if a more peaceful place and it reminds me slightly of Subnautica, just without those scary Leviathans 😅
It Is a bit like Subnuaitica from what I've seen of the game! I think it's super cute you can imagine Udon swimming around!
I took a little bit of inspo from the game Abzu but Most of my inspiration came from the train scenes in Spirited Away by studio Ghibli. My idea was, what if there was a whole world like that? Little islands in calm clear water connected by a train system.
Umune Does have a train system but it only has so many stops within reason yanno? Otherwise people get around by small boat or above water small crafts Sora like hover scooters that often look like large insects(dragonflies and beetles are a favourite, dragonflies for single, beetle for family travel) or winged fish, dolphins, manta rays and so forth.
For the trains you to have the right location to support the tracks to get to the stops and some people just . You can't really Build up track from the ocean floor. In some places they use really big floats but that only for short distances. Think of those like bridges over ocean for the train. I'm trying to figure out if I can make them waterproof/tight so for shallow but still underwater places they could do like an aquarium tunnels for the train. It would be really something! Last fact about them! The trains are steam powered because water is so abundant but some closer to the only four cities use a hybrid of steam and solar give how wide open the land is giving it Alot of sun access to power things. They are manned by a group of employees called Yellow Jackets because they buzz around the train and wear yellow jackets. Their job is to make sure the train and native wildlife don't come into conflict. They manage Whale Crossings and keep an eye out for playful merfolk that may not understand how Dangerous a train moving at full speed can be. :3
Lastly as for mosquitos, they were never imported by Wisps so we are luckily mosquito free! : D
