demonstration of the creative process, IE:
1.) Every instrument on this track has a flanger or a flangus (Portable FL Flanger) on it, with at least 25% wet (wet = output volume - input volume). Including the drums that make up the beat.
2.) None of these sounds are sampled, I made them all manually with a tone generator or an FM synth I modeled and saved.
3.) None of the flangers have the same settings, they all are at different phases.
Vocals: I couldn't really demonstrate it here, but combining a Flanger with a bitcrusher creates this really cool vocal haze effect.
Drums: Snares and hats can benefit from a flanger too. If you tune them just right, you can get the freq. change right before the next snare/hat hits. If you have a good flanger and a premade drum, turn up the lowcut so that the bassdrum is unaffected.
Trance is just so easy, This can apply to any kind of music really.
