Trying to nail down the Look for the ancient tech.
Good as Gold: A sorta dark metal and gold trimming combo. Hi-tech and a little spikey. Would be perfect for seeds from the Evil Universe where everyone is Evil but has 200% more fashion sense.
Industrial Evolution: Closest to what I was doing already. I think. Chunky steel and aluminum. Some red beams for accents. Warning labels where needed. Makes sense for modern Seeds & Sprouts.
Clean Slate: Minimalist and futuristic. Lots of white plastic paneling, black and orange accents. Totally not Avali tech with the serial numbers filed off. This would make the most sense for Seeds but I don't like it as much as the other two options.
1: That actor again. I gave her a cool-but-impractical elbow-sword in the original design, so she has a slightly conventional gun in one version and an impulse-powered one in the other.
2: This lanky fellow has a proboscis, for reasons known not even to me. Also some spikes and/or fins because they looked cool. His friends call him The Anteater, although his favorite food is machine oil.
3: Flying lizard time. Version 1 has a pair* of large impulse thrusters with stabilizers. Version 2 has a jet engine and a set* of wings. Version 3 has a pair* of impulse arrays that look like mantis arms. Also their tail may be prehensile.

4: An Offbrand Diana. Why are you so short. Decided to give them some metal teeth because that sounds fekkin awesome!
5: Offbrand Euler. The insect eyes & antennae on version 1 were something I'd sketched out earlier and didn't want to discard.
Some details I worked out during sketches
+ Seeds can have non-lizard templates. I just haven't drawn any yet.
+ Most seeds have at least one eye replaced. In most cases they did not have one to begin with.
+ All Seeds have an internal battery above their left or right hip, and a panel on their neck that can let them interface with computers. They are part of the reason USB is still a standard.
+ Some Seeds can have weird components like generators, power tools (Diana's arm in version 1 doubles as a pulse hammer), or wings (see creature number 3)
