The house seems to be two tall buildings with one between, the bottom section of which is an old railroad passenger coach. The only problem is that it's too wide. I think instead of being a real one it was just made to look like it. The right hand building has a beam at the peak to lift loads up to the 3rd floor like it may have been used as something like a hay loft.

Not the Witch of the West on the roof and I think that may be Glenda the Good Witch under the beam. In the yard you can see the Scarecrow and Dorthy.
